If you happen to receive a damaged product, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and return instructions will be provided.
If the same product is available, we will ship you a Brand New one.
If we no longer have that item in stock, we will offer you to choose another item of the same value or credit will be placed towards another item of a higher value.
